I’m Sarah, founder of Competitive Edge Consulting. I help businesses organize projects, prepare people for change, and communicate clearly.
Over more than 15 years, I’ve worked as both an individual contributor and a leader, including senior roles at Wells Fargo and Gartner. My experience spans global corporations and smaller organizations, across financial services, retail, and professional services.
Throughout my career, I’ve stayed close to the work itself: developing plans, writing communications, creating presentations, building trackers, and coordinating deliverables. I bring the judgment developed through leadership experience along with the ability to roll up my sleeves and produce the work.

My background includes enterprise transformation, process improvement, employee programs, customer experience, and corporate communications. I’ve supported initiatives involving Salesforce and Oracle implementations, AI training and communications, annual benefits enrollment, executive town halls, and annual report production.
My expertise is in managing business work and helping people navigate change. On technology-enabled initiatives, my contribution centers on business coordination, employee readiness, and communications, working in partnership with technical specialists.
